Love remains in the chaos
Love Remains in the Chaos speaks about the kind of love that refuses to disappear. A bond shaped through friendship, intimacy, loyalty, memory, and fire - surviving distance, silence, and life’s hardest moments. This piece says love doesn't fade with time or chaos.

Rise baby, rise
Rise Baby, Rise carries promise: nothing and no one will ever destroy you. You may have been shaken, but you will never be broken. This large luminous painting brings warmth, strength, and comfort into a space.

Still loving

Beautiful chaos
Beautiful Chaos is a love letter to the homes that became sanctuaries for others. Inspired by the spontaneous gatherings at my parents’ house, nights filled with laughter, music, conversations, celebration, and people endlessly coming and going, this piece honors the kind of chaos that quietly shapes lives. The beautiful disorder of human connection, of doors always open, of love made visible through presence, noise, warmth, and togetherness.
A reminder that some of the most sacred things are born in imperfect, overflowing moments.

Kiss me before you go
Kiss Me Before You Go explores moments of transition, the quiet endings of a chapter, a project, or a season of life. It speaks about learning to let go with tenderness, gratitude, and peace rather than rupture. Through layered textures and warm tones, the piece carries a sense of calm before moving forward. A gentle reminder that some endings deserve to be honored before we continue.

Kamanadje
Kamanadje, Love Yourself First is a tribute to the women who were taught to nurture everyone but themselves. Inspired by my grandmother’s name - also my middle name - this piece honors generations of women who gave their bodies, their softness, their labor, and their love as offerings, often disappearing in the process. The world celebrates this quiet sacrifice, this version of womanhood confined within invisible cages.
But Kamanadje is a rebellion.
A call to stop shrinking. To reclaim space, pleasure, tenderness, power, and self-love. To look at yourself with care before being valued only for what you can give to others.
In Lingala, “Kamanadje” means: “Mind your own affairs, take care of yourself first.”
This work was first created to speak to racialized women and to the mothers of my community, whose vision of emancipation has long existed outside Western feminist ideals.
