3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with Belgian and European regulations. Prices may be subject to change at any time.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. commissioned work with staged payments). 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer both domestic (Belgium) and international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on location, artwork size, and whether the piece is ready-to-ship or made-to-order. All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artworks and commissioned pieces, all sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or an error has occurred on our part.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Ownership

All artworks, including but not limited to original paintings, commissioned works, limited editions, digital representations, photographs, texts, logos, and branding elements (“Content”), are the exclusive intellectual property of Bénédicte Perrott and are protected under Belgian, European, and international intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any artwork or image from this website without written permission.

  • Use artworks or images for commercial, editorial, or promotional purposes without authorization.

  • Alter, manipulate, or create derivative works from any artwork without consent.

  • Reproduce artworks for resale, licensing, or product development without a formal licensing agreement.

Personal Use

Collectors are welcome to display their purchased artwork in private or professional spaces and may share images of their purchased pieces on social media for non-commercial purposes, provided proper credit is given to Bénédicte Perrott.

Please do not remove signatures, alter the artwork’s presentation, or misrepresent the work as your own.
